Douai Pavilion Autumn Supper

Our guest speaker is Josh Dugdale who will tell us a little bit about his life starting with his time making documentaries including his three year quest to pin down the Dalai Lama, to his recent discovery of his family’s significant connection to the British Empire, and the role that he has played in helping establish Medicine Festival on the Wasing estate.
We are delighted to welcome back Melissa from The Pop-Up Kitchen who will be providing us with delicious canapes followed by:
Roast chicken breast with truffle polenta, salsa verde with
Glazed carrots and buttered cabbage
followed by:
Sumac roasted plums
with cardamom cream
and ginger pistachio crumb

Doors open at 6.30pm.
There is fully stocked (pay) bar
canapés will be circulated.
The talk starts at 7.15pm
Ssupper at approx. 8.00pm.
£45 per head to include
canapés, main course and pudding.
Tables of six or more can be reserved or do come as an individual and join a table.
