A HUGE thanks for all you did - a massive amount, I'm in awe of how hard you both work - to make Tanya and Matt's wedding party go so well at the Pavilion. The buffet was delicious; many of the guests told me, but probably not you! And the decor and arrangements were just as Tanya had envisaged. Having it at the Pavilion, made it so versatile. It was a really special day for us, and we thank you again for your part in its execution.

Wow, what a fantastic day! A massive thank you to you both and your team, for the help and input in making it all possible. Who would have believed we could have done all of this at Douai Pavilion! Canape reception, dinner, Casino and helicopter!!!
The setup, timings, flowers, music (harpist), everything was perfect; we would not have changed a thing! We have some great photos that you may want to use to show other potential customers.

Society event - Reunion for 200 + guests, with marquees and organised cricket game
What a lovely day we had and so relaxing and so many people commented on how nice it was to be able to catch up with friends. Our thanks to you for coping admirably with so many (200+)! It worked so well being able to have all the marquees at the pavilion and watch the cricket during the afternoon. We'd definitely recommend you and use you again.

I just thought I would pass on to you that locally the feedback we got was that the weekend was a huge success; in other words local people from our villages liked this new and different event, The market with added extras (carols etc.) and of course the evening event (he was SO good); you certainly ticked the box for the local community, I noticed people from up where we live and also from our local church who I haven’t seen at any of your events before.

Good morning - I thought the whole event and venue was fantastic, what a great job you and Katie did, and what a fab team you had working with you! It is so refreshing to see your energy and motivation, attention to detail was really good, and word of mouth should be excellent for subsequent events I'm sure. I know how time consuming it is for you to organise a 2 day event from scratch, so many congratulations on a job VERY well done!
The quality of the stalls was very good; it was very interesting to chat to the stallholders about their various stories.

Film Club
As new members Vivian and I would like to say how much we enjoyed our first visit to the Pavilion Film club on Wednesday. Great film and all other aspects of the evening first class, including a glass of wine and Canapes. We would like to know what film is to be shown in March and pay and book in to make sure we get seats. I hope this is possible.
